To achieve our amazing growth targets, we are looking for passionate, driven, and fun Brand Ambassadors to join our high-performing sales teams. You will represent us at events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the country, engaging with dog owners and promoting the benefits of feeding fresh. Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving face to face sales: Engage with potential customers at top-tier events in London and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Shows include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show etc (we go to over 900 a year as a business!).
  • Educating dog parents: Inform and educate our customer base about the benefits of Butternut Box, ensuring they understand our commitment to high-quality, natural, fresh food.
  • Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Achieving sales targets: Be target-driven, striving to exceed individual and team sales goals.
A bit about you:
  • Dog lover: It goes without saying that you must have a genuine affection for dogs and an understanding of their needs.
  • Sales enthusiast: A passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people (and their dogs) is very impawtent.
  • Customer focus: We strive to provide the best service possible, so a dedication to helping customers and their dogs is non negotiable.
  • Target-oriented: The more dogs you help, the more you earn - tasty right?
  • Available on weekends: The majority of our high impact events fall on a weekend, so it\'s imperative that you have generally good availability Friday - Sunday.
  • Over age 18: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
A bit about what we offer:
  • Uncapped commission: Benefit from a commission structure with no caps, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance. We also run regular sales incentives throughout the year (think gift cards, dinner vouchers and airbnb getaways). On target earnings total between £275-£300 per day, but can reach upwards of £500 per day for our top salespeople!

A bit about us:
At Butternut, we put the food back into dog food. We believe dogs deserve to eat the healthiest, most natural and tastiest food with none of the nasties. That’s why we make freshly prepared dog food. Cooked like you would at home. Delivered in perfect portions.
Our goal is to help dogs live healthier, happier and longer lives whilst leaving humans smiling after every interaction. We’ve come a long way since our co-founders (Kev & Dave) hand-delivered the first Butternut Box. We now feed a lot of dogs across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium - but we want to feed dogs everywhere. And to do this, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work with us.

  • There is no closing date for this role. However, we normally experience a high volume of applications so if you are interested we suggest applying as soon as possible.
  • This role is a commission only position and involves regular weekend work.
