Responsibilities
- Accountable for health and safety standards on shift, conduct daily Health and Safety audits with squad members, raise corrective actions for findings, and own the resolution.
- Complete thorough investigations through root cause analysis and near-miss reports, ensuring corrective actions are raised and closed in a timely manner.
- Be present in the kitchen to proactively support the team, help find solutions, and take action.
- Deliver messages and communications to teams and stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner, tailoring style to the audience.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with squad members to ensure they feel heard and to support their career aspirations, skills, and development.

- Strong production background in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a high-speed volume manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience with knowledge of safety legislation.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, resilient and humble.
- Well-practised planning, organisation and scheduling skills.
- Loves the pace and excitement of FMCG manufacturing.
- Driven, action-oriented, with problem-solving and priority-setting skills.
- Approachable with good interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.

Delivering on our promise of "Fresh food, Happy dogs" requires operational excellence at every step. Our Doncaster site includes Rudie’s Kitchen (manufacturing) and Ace’s Pantry (Order Fulfillment and Warehouse). Meals are prepared and packaged with care by teams managing flow, quality, and distribution.
