Role Overview
The Senior Creative plays a key role in shaping and delivering Buttermilk’s creative output across pitches, proposals, and client projects. This role is responsible for developing strong, innovative, creative concepts, guiding teams through structured workflows, and ensuring work is strategically aligned with client objectives. As a senior member of the creative team, this role combines hands-on creative leadership with project oversight, client-facing presentation, and mentorship of junior team members. The Senior Creative is expected to elevate work quality, bring fresh thinking, and act as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, helping position Buttermilk as a leading creative agency.

- Confident storyteller and presenter, able to clearly articulate creative thinking to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience guiding and supporting junior creatives, fostering collaboration, growth, and high standards across projects.
- Strong strategic and commercial awareness, with the ability to align creative ideas to client business goals.
- Deep understanding of cultural trends, digital platforms, creators, and emerging tools, with a particular interest in social, entertainment, and content led creative.
