Role Overview

The Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality execution. Working closely with the Campaign Director and cross-functional teams, you’ll manage the entire creator process from discovery through to approvals, set clear KPIs, maintain strong client communication, and lead a project delivery team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from creator discovery to final approvals, optimising workflows for efficiency and quality.
  • Establish delivery timelines, set KPIs, and define deliverables in collaboration with strategy and data teams.
  • Maintain high standards of client communication, providing updates on timelines, progress, and approvals.
  • Lead and mentor a campaign team, fostering collaboration and ensuring on-standard delivery.
  • Oversee profitability by protecting project margins, managing resources efficiently, and monitoring hours.
  • Contribute to status reports, ensure accurate data tracking, and assess campaign success through dashboard reviews.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges proactively.

Core Competencies

  • Timeline & Target Setting: Sets clear campaign timelines and effectively manages internal team to meet deadlines (across multiple departments). Sets clear targets for the creator services team, in line with the capacity key, and ensures targets are met. Delivers projects on time and within budget.
  • Client Communications: Clear and concise client communications for campaign & timeline updates. Timely responses to clients. Strong relationship built with clients. Oversee the profitability of creator programs to ensure campaigns meet or exceed GP (gross profit)/ campaign budget goals. Manage budgets and resources effectively to protect and enhance project profitability.
  • Team Management & Development: Effectively manages the creator team by providing regular, constructive feedback to support individual and team performance. Facilitates professional growth and development for direct reports through coaching, training, and career progression opportunities. Ensures team alignment with client goals and internal KPIs, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated work environment.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Analysis of results & pivots where required. Weekly decks being thorough and informative. Accuracy in reporting. Accuracy and timeliness of dashboard insight documentation.
  • Campaign Management & Process Optimisation: Oversee the creator process from discovery to content approvals, driving efficiency, profitability, and campaign success. Increase creator sign-up rates, reduce drop-out rates, and enhance content quality and campaign results. Consistently assess performance of campaigns, processes and actions for optimisation and share and implement learnings for future campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of campaign or project management experience in an agency environment.
  • Proven account management and influencer marketing experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to mentor and lead teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and balancing client expectations with agency profitability.
