IT Manager

• The IT Service & Delivery Manager owns the day-to-day technology experience for every Butterfly Network employee
• This position leads the IT Service & Delivery Team and is responsible for the helpdesk and service desk operation (Jira Service Management), end-user device lifecycle from procurement through deployment, redeployment, and retirement, and the administration of Butterfly's core SaaS application portfolio, including identity, access, onboarding/offboarding, and license management
• The role includes IT procurement and vendor management for hardware and software, maintaining the approved hardware catalog, negotiating renewals, tracking spend against budget, and partnering with Finance and Security on purchasing and approval workflows
• The manager defines and reports on service levels, drives ticket volume down through automation, self-service documentation, and root-cause fixes, and ensures endpoint and SaaS configurations meet the company’s security and compliance requirements in partnership with the CISO
