    • Maintain a clear view of revenue opportunities and contribute to agency growth targets.
  • Client Management
    • Act as the day‐to‐day contact for your clients, building trust and long‐term relationships.
    • Lead client calls where needed, or support the leadership team on calls.
    • Manage internal delivery teams to ensure client outputs meet the brief and standards.
  • Client Development
    • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new ideas.

    • Contribute to agency‐wide processes, ways of working and best‐practice development.
    • Champion high standards of communication, documentation and operational discipline.

Your Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in a social or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms.
  • Experience building or supporting strategies that deliver measurable client growth.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • A genuine interest in sport and the wider sports industry.

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with sports brands, teams, athletes or fitness clients.
  • Understanding of paid social execution.
  • Knowledge of influencer or talent partnerships.

Competitive Salary: based on experience and results.

Holidays: Unlimited

Pension Contribution: 3% from us, 5% from you.
