As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the corporate strategy, building impactful relationships with companies that care, and generating transformational income to drive our mission forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, develop and implement a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
- Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with a proactive approach to new business
- Identify, cultivate, and manage a diverse pipeline of high-value corporate partners
- Create compelling proposals, tailored cases for support, and stewardship plans that excite and inspire
- Collaborate across the organisation to align fundraising with our broader strategy and goals
- Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering creativity and growth
- Analyse performance and report to senior leadership and boards with confidence and clarity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to identify, secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships aligned with organisational goals.
- Ability to develop and implement fundraising plans and strategies to meet income targets and deadlines
- Confident in negotiating terms, agreeing mutual benefits, and managing partnership agreements and legal considerations
- Strong skills in creating compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that secure support and investment
- Practical experience of using charity CRM systems
- Extensive knowledge of data protection and Fundraising Regulations
- Experience of effectively stewarding funder relationships
- Experience of communicating complex information (e.g., scientific information) succinctly and in plain English
- Experience of developing and managing income and expenditure budgets

Key details:
- Salary - £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)
