As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the corporate strategy, building impactful relationships with companies that care, and generating transformational income to drive our mission forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, develop and implement a dynamic Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
  • Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with a proactive approach to new business
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage a diverse pipeline of high-value corporate partners
  • Create compelling proposals, tailored cases for support, and stewardship plans that excite and inspire
  • Collaborate across the organisation to align fundraising with our broader strategy and goals
  • Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer, fostering creativity and growth
  • Analyse performance and report to senior leadership and boards with confidence and clarity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to identify, secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships aligned with organisational goals.
  • Ability to develop and implement fundraising plans and strategies to meet income targets and deadlines
  • Confident in negotiating terms, agreeing mutual benefits, and managing partnership agreements and legal considerations
  • Strong skills in creating compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that secure support and investment
  • Practical experience of using charity CRM systems
  • Extensive knowledge of data protection and Fundraising Regulations
  • Experience of effectively stewarding funder relationships
  • Experience of communicating complex information (e.g., scientific information) succinctly and in plain English
  • Experience of developing and managing income and expenditure budgets
