We are looking for a manager for our Credit Administration function, to ensure that all lending facilities operate within agreed limits at Butterfield Mortgages Limited (BML).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of all credit administration issues
- Working closely with the Head of Credit to ensure that BMLs interests are promoted and protected
- Reporting to the Head of Credit on progress and on key performance indicators in general
- Meeting with the Senior Business Development Manager to discuss credit administration issues
- Meeting with the internal auditors, external auditors and the regulator
- Ensuring that all works is completed to a professional standard with audit trails as appropriate
- Ensuring that the credit administration procedures are updated on a regular basis and that there are adequate procedures in place that explain the function and key processes
- Complying with the rules, evidential provisions and guidance set out in the FCA’s Principles for Businesses.
