We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Buttercross Veterinary Centre.
Location
Location: To be based at our East Bridgford site (may also be required to cover our Cotgrave site when/if needed)
Contract
Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave
Hours
Hours: 22 hours per week
Shift Pattern
Shift Pattern: Monday β Friday between 08.00 β 19.00 with 1 in 4 Saturday 08.30 β 14.30 rota

- Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
- Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
- An excellent communicator with strong empathy
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Skills in multi-tasking in a busy working environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
