The Job:

  • Cooking up dishes from scratch, following our recipes (and adding your own flair when it fits).
  • Owning your section during busy shifts. Cool under pressure, sharp on the pass!
  • Working side-by-side with our Head Chef and the rest of the team to keep service smooth and standards high.
  • Keeping your workstation spotless and your kit in good nick.
  • Sticking to all the food safety basics, no corners cut.
  • Helping out with prep for events, parties, and the odd village knees-up.
  • Pitching in wherever needed.
  • Keeping an eye on stock and flagging up any shortages.
