The position can be part-time or full-time. We are open to discussing flexible start and end times outside of core hours. This role requires night (00:00-09:00) hours every other weekend. £29,000-£34,000 depending on experience, plus night shift premium. Reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer.

The Role
You will be joining a small, agile and experienced operations team based in Battersea. As Logistics Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring families across London receive their tasty delivery in a timely fashion. Each week, you’ll co-ordinate a team of 15-20 delivery riders, own the relationship with our trusted mechanic and delivery contractors and run the routing process for our riding team. In short, you’ll ensure that once a delivery leaves our depot, it delights when it reaches the doorstep.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute delivery rider routing, using logistics tools and collected data on our team and roads across London
- Manage and resource weekend delivery shifts
- Onboard and support freelance delivery contractors
- Oversee weekend operations from the depot, including production and logistics, troubleshooting live issues as they arise
- Report on delivery KPIs and drive improvements
- As a small business, you’ll get vast amounts of exposure collaborating with all areas of the business; Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Tech and Finance
- Develop logistics processes and systems as we scale.

- Experience in a logistics, dispatch, field or hospitality role
- Familiarity with route planning or delivery systems (Easyroutes, Circuit, Onfleet, Bringg etc.)
- People management experience, particularly with contractors or casual teams
