Butter & Crust is a fast-growth weekend breakfast subscription. We deliver freshly baked goods to customers’ doorsteps every weekend and we’re hiring a hands-on COO to run and scale the operation.
You’ll own delivery, packing, customer service, lead the ops team, and drive continuous improvement. We run lean, so you’ll also build better workflows and internal tools (Airtable-heavy) to reduce errors, lower delivery costs, and keep quality high as we grow.
Key initiatives for next year:
- Launching a production kitchen
- Building and launching our B2B proposition
Ideal experience:
- Improving operational performance (cost, on-time, errors)
- Building internal tools & automations (especially with Airtable)
- Startup or lean, high-output environments
Bonus points for:
- Light coding skills
- Automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n/Retool)
- Sales experience (useful for B2B)

The Package:
- Salary: Up to £70,000 DoE
- Equity: 1% equity stake in the company
