Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hounslow. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure work is delivered on time and in line with specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project activities, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress on-site, and resolving issues that may impact timelines or quality. The role involves liaising with clients, inspectors, and internal teams, preparing status reports, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will also lead expediting efforts to secure materials and approvals, optimize logistics, and maintain efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control in a construction environment.
• Logistics Management skills to oversee supply chain, site deliveries, and resource allocation.
• Proven experience in construction or civil engineering projects, ideally in a site-based management role.
• Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and technical documentation, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to UK construction projects.
• Relevant professional qualification or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
