At Butlin’s, dining is a huge part of the holiday experience. As one of our chefs, you’ll help create memorable moments through fantastic food. We believe variety is the spice of life, and you’ll get plenty of it here. We serve up everything from American-style favourites and traditional fish and chips to chargrilled chicken and pub classics. We’re also home to Europe’s only Papa John’s pizza buffet!

You’ll support the smooth running of the kitchen by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent food hygiene standards and helping deliver an amazing experience for our guests. Along the way, you’ll be able to build your skills and confidence, while working alongside talented chefs across a range of venues and menus. Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential. What matters most is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for people who enjoy being part of a team and working in a lively environment. You’ll bring energy, passion and a positive ‘get stuck in’ attitude, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep smiling during the busiest mealtimes.
