About The Role
Behind every great guest experience is a team working hard behind the scenes — and that’s where you come in. As a Warehouse Team Member in our Stores department, you’ll play a key role in keeping the resort running smoothly. From receiving deliveries from suppliers to distributing stock across the resort, you’ll help ensure our teams have everything they need to deliver unforgettable holidays.
This is a hands-on role that involves forklift driving, manual handling, and working in temperature-controlled environments such as fridges and freezers. You’ll need to be safety-conscious, detail-driven, and ready to get stuck in.
You’ll be responsible for checking and rotating stock, following food safety procedures, and supporting your team with a positive, can-do attitude. Whether you’re unloading deliveries or delivering supplies to our kitchens and venues, your work will make a real difference to the day-to-day running of the resort.
About You
To join us in this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and a valid forklift licence, and you must be aged 21 or over due to equipment insurance requirements.
You’ll ideally have some experience in a warehouse or retail environment and be comfortable with manual handling, including lifting heavy barrels and frozen stock. This is a physical role, so being fit and able to work on your feet is important.
Typical working hours are 6.00 AM to 14.00 PM with occasional Saturday work when needed, however start and finish times may vary depending on shift patterns or operational needs. Flexibility is key!
