The café serves a range of hot and cold drinks alongside a selection of tasty snacks, it’s the perfect pitstop before getting back to the fun. Or you can just hit pause on your adrenaline-packed day and soak up the atmosphere in the indoor and outdoor seating areas.

About the Role

‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!

You will be working on all aspects of our Play Experience Activity Centre covering the reception bookings, serving snacks and drinks in the cafe, guiding guests play in our escape rooms, laser tag, mini golf and interactive bar games as well as keeping a clean and tidy environment.

Typical working hours cover a minimum of 24 hours per week with additional hours in school holidays, five days over seven, with shifts between 8am – midnight.

This is a fixed term role until September 2025. This role requires you to be aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements. Live in accommodation may be available for those re-locating to the area.

You don’t need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
