Butlins is seeking a capable Stage Manager to supervise and support the technical team, ensuring shows meet a high standard and delivering detailed show reports. You will develop stage plans, run rehearsals with the director, liaise with production and the entertainment leadership, and uphold health and safety while securing equipment and performers. This role also involves lifting equipment and loading/unloading vehicles, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and creative delivery.
