About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Entertainment\’s Tech team at Butlin\’s Skegness! We are passionate about producing and delivering the high-quality entertainment that Butlin’s has become renowned for.

The Technical Support Team are an integral part of the Entertainment Team, providing support to in-house and external shows alike. Great audio is important with any entertainment. Within Butlin’s, our sound engineers require the skills to move from theatrical style spoken word to a full band set.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Looking for progression? We have plenty of opportunities to develop within our teams and across the wider Butlin’s business.

About You

Having experience in this area is advantageous but not essential! If you have a warm, friendly manner, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open during the week and on weekends, so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
