Whether you are a student looking to earn some cash during the holidays, or simply hunting for your next great seasonal role, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for energetic, reliable teammates to join us immediately for this summer season.
No two days are the same here.
This isn't your average shop job-you will be multi-trained to work across all our unique satellite venues, including The Butlins Store, Toybox, and The Hire Shop.
This is an active, on-the-go role where you will be on your feet, moving throughout your shift, and acting as the face of our stores.
Whether you are helping a guest find that perfect souvenir, unloading pallets, or ensuring shelves look flawless, you will be part of a team that truly gets stuck in and ensures every guest leaves with a smile.
While previous retail experience is great, it is not essential because we provide full training!
We have full time (30 hours per week) and part-time (16 hours per week) available.
For both you working a rota which will include weekends.
Shifts can range anywhere from 7am to Midnight, so flexibility is essential.
Live on resort accommodation can only be provided for full time hours NOT part time.
Key Responsibilities Delivering a friendly, fast-paced experience, you will maintain a smile under pressure across all retail venues to ensure customer excellence.
You will move dynamically between our different shops to provide multi-venue support, helping out wherever you are needed most from giftware and toys to equipment hire.
Your daily duties will include hands-on till operation to provide efficient checkout service and accurate cash handling.
You will also take care of stock management by helping to receive and check off deliveries with high attention to detail, alongside merchandising the shop floors by stacking shelves and creating eye-catching displays.
Working collaboratively as one team across the department, you will ensure a seamless shopping journey for our guests while keeping all venues clean, tidy, and safe for both your teammates and visitors.
