Every year we host over 24 massive Big Music Weekends, welcoming around 7,000 guests per break who come ready to party.

Alongside our legendary adult breaks, we deliver unforgettable family experiences with world-class productions like The Masked Singer live on stage.

Our bar teams are right at the heart of the action, bringing every celebration, every show, and every big moment to life.

If you love fast-paced, high-energy environments where no two days are ever the same, this is your time to shine.

Previous experience is welcome but absolutely not essential-passion, enthusiasm, and a high-spirited energy go a long way here.

We will teach you everything else you need to know!

You will be surrounded by a brilliant, supportive team who will help you build confidence, learn new skills, and truly get stuck in.

Because flexibility is key to catching the summer wave, you will need the availability to work shifts across a 7-day rota, including late nights up to 4am on our adult weekends.

Key Responsibilities Pouring drinks and serving with speed, you will be the face of our bars and the energy behind an atmosphere our guests cannot stop talking about.

You will work dynamically as a great team player in a lively, buzzing environment, ensuring a warm, friendly welcome for every guest to deliver brilliant holiday experiences.

By stepping up to try new things and meeting hundreds of new people every week, you will maintain a positive attitude even under pressure during peak stadium moments.

You will also take pride in your workstation, keeping your bar area impeccably clean, fully stocked, and safe for both your teammates and our guests, while making the most of every opportunity to grow your hospitality skills across our incredible resort.
