Butlin's invites you to join as a Team Member Plus, working across different teams to support guests and ensure a fantastic stay.
Lifeguards ensure pool and Splash Waterworld safety while engaging guests with poolside activities and memorable moments.
On Mondays and Fridays you’ll clean accommodation, then perform lifeguard duties during your contracted hours.
Training is provided if needed, and you’ll undertake the swim test as part of joining.
