Burger King Team Member - Skegness Description Join Our High Energy Team Working in our Burger King restaurant is about far more than flipping burgers - it's about ambition, teamwork, and starting your Butlin's journey in a role where every shift brings something new.

Our restaurant is one of the busiest spots on resort, so we're looking for people with proven food handling experience who feel confident in a fast paced, high volume food environment.

You'll be moving between our kitchen, service area, and dining space, keeping the energy high and the standards even higher.

We'll give you the training you need, but to really thrive here you'll need to be comfortable picking up the pace quickly, staying organised under pressure, and keeping service smooth even when the restaurant is buzzing.

You'll play a key part in creating consistently great products, delivering friendly and upbeat service, and making sure our dining areas stay clean, welcoming, and running efficiently.

Every shift is about working together as a fast moving team to keep everything flowing and to support the legendary guest experience we're known for.

You'll also be responsible for following all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations, ensuring every guest receives safe, high quality service.

Key Responsibilities This role covers a five day working week over seven days, and flexibility is essential.

During our fantastic adult breaks, some shifts run late into the night, with finishes up to 4am, so being comfortable with varied hours is important.

You'll fit right in if you enjoy the buzz of a busy food environment, can stay positive and focused when the pressure's on, and love working as part of a team that moves quickly and supports each other.

If you take pride in doing things well, doing them fast, and bringing fun into everything you do, this could be the perfect next step in your Butlin's journey.

About Butlin's Did you know Billy Butlin was the first person to introduce dodgems to the UK?

That's right, 'fun' is in our DNA, and we've been delighting guests for almost 90 years.

Ask any of our team, past and present, and one of the best things they'll say about working at Butlin's is our culture.

As The Home of Entertainment, we pull out all the stops to provide our guests with an 'Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break', from all-action family holidays to adult-only Big Weekenders, brought to life through our three mighty values.

So, if you're looking for a role where you can Create Smiles, where you aren't afraid to Get Stuck In and where the team genuinely Care For Each Other, we think you'll fit right in!
