We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Skegness Resort as a Venue Manager in our Buffets department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at breakfast and dinner.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and brand consistency across the self‑service restaurants.
- Analyse KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Co‑facilitate and monitor all team training, ensuring food safety, health & safety and brand policies are adhered to.
- Drive guest obsession, operating efficiently and ensuring the guest experience is always the number one priority.
- Conduct regular 121s and development discussions to support the career progression of the team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a high volume catering or food environment, where speed and quality are balanced.
- Strong experience of being guest and customer‑facing, with the ability to handle a range of queries and complaints directly.
- Passion for leading, developing and coaching a team through regular 121s and coaching sessions.
- Demonstrated experience of managing rots, multi‑skilled teams and delivering high performance.
- Proficiency in performance management, coaching, training delivery and problem‑solving with a flexible, adaptive approach.
