About the Role
The Senior Manager for the Bars & Shops department will be responsible for the smooth planning and delivery of all our bars and shops across our resort. As part of the Resort Leadership Team, you will manage your budget closely, reducing waste, generating sales and managing payroll costs. You will also lead your team to ensure our bars and shops are always running at the best standards.
