We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the Butlin's Buffet Team based in Skegness. We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our Premium Dining venues. A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food, which we offer to every guest, every time in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in a similar level role.
  • Hold your Level 3 Food Safety Qualification.
  • Confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Hard working and determined, a reliable person who likes to get things done.

Typical working hours: Working five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week - Evenings and weekends expected along with public holidays (Christmas is a must). Part of the bonus scheme.
