Join Our Team as a Chef at Butlin's Skegness! Are you ready to spice up your career? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Chef to join our vibrant team at Butlin's in Skegness! Here, we believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop our talented kitchen team in one of our fantastic buffet restaurants. At Butlin’s, we know that no seaside trip is complete without great food. We’re committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences to every guest, every time. Your Responsibilities
- Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
- Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work a flexible 35-hour rota over 5 days, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly.
- Be adaptable to meet the needs of the business and support your team.
About You
- Experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
- A desire to step up and take on new challenges in the kitchen.
- A Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
- Confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A hardworking, reliable attitude with a knack for finding better ways to deliver our brand standards.
