Butlin's is seeking a Data & Reward Analyst to join the People Team.

You will help shape our reward analytics and play a key role in implementing and administering our new HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and insightful reporting.

You'll deliver annual pay reviews and bonus schemes, support gender pay gap reporting, and maintain existing reward programmes while driving data-driven decision making across the organisation.
