About The Role

We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar team.

No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

We have bags of opportunities to develop within our restaurant teams and across the wider Butlin's business.

About You You don't need any experience to work as part of our teams.

If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
