Waste & Recycling Team Member - Minehead Description About The Role We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team.

The role will involve collecting general rubbish bins and recycling bins from around the resort and emptying in our compound, other duties will include external road cleaning, sweeping paths and roads and litter picking.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

This is full-time position for 40 hours per week, working 5 days a week.

About You You don't need any experience to work as part of our teams.

If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of this role, a full British driving licence is required.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
