Warehouse Team member - Minehead Description About The Role We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team.

Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we're looking for dedicated Warehouse Team Member to join our team.

As a Warehouse Operative at Butlin's, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring that our teams and resort facilities are well-supplied and operating efficiently.

This role involves managing all aspects of Health & Safety within the warehouse, handling and rotating stock, and maintaining accurate Food Hygiene records.

The position also includes working in temperature-controlled environments such as refrigerators and freezers, which will be a primary part of your role, requiring a strong awareness of both food safety and physical working conditions.

Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

About You You don't need any experience to work as part of our teams.

If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team.

If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.

No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Normal working hours are 6.00 AM to 2.30 PM.

Start and finish times may vary depending on shift patterns or operational needs.

Key Responsibilities We're looking for someone who brings both enthusiasm and reliability to the role. - You should hold a full UK driving licence and ideally possess a Forklift Driving Certificate, or be willing to undertake the necessary training to obtain one. - A flexible approach and team-focused mindset are essential, as is a passion for delivering exceptional service to both guests and colleagues. - You'll be proactive in identifying solutions, show confidence in working independently when required, and understand the importance of maintaining efficient and safe warehouse procedures.
