About the role
We are looking for an exceptional role model to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of approx. 40 team members. You will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out effectively and professionally whilst maintaining high levels of communication between all team and Managers across the resort. Reporting to the Resort Safety Assistant Manager, you will ensure the delivery of a safe and secure environment for both our guests and team whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the wider team to ensure a high standard of guest and team care that will be delivered across the resort.

- Support the team to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything you do.
- Train and coach the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience.
- Direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards.
- Lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods of high demand.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Inspire your team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Essential: SIA Door Supervisor License (or equivalent).
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience in security.
- Desirable: Level 3 First Aid at Work.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience in holiday parks, resorts or high-volume venues.
- Level 3 Security First Line Manager qualification.
