We’re looking for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join the Butlin's Buffets Department based in Skegness. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will support the running of the kitchen and help lead a large team of chefs. You will step up in the Kitchen Manager’s absence. You will monitor guest experience regularly, developing action plans and driving continuous improvement. Your leadership will support and grow your team through daily briefings, stock control, and food presentation reviews. Financial performance will be a key focus, as you will deliver food cost budgets through menu planning, cooking to standards, and specification management. You will also uphold food hygiene, health and safety, and industry legislation compliance. As a role‑model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you will maintain training schedules and performance plans, inspiring the team to deliver a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen operation and step up during the Kitchen Manager’s absence.
- Lead and develop a team of chefs, providing daily briefings and training.

Qualifications
