We're looking for passionate people to join our Butlin's Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us as an Internal Venue Cleaner. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of venues and toilets across the resort, doing so by using electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment where necessary. This is a physically demanding role, with a requirement to reset venue furniture, including large tables and chairs.

This position offers a dynamic working schedule based on a rota of five days out of seven, requiring full availability across the entire week to accommodate a variety of rotating shift patterns designed to meet operational demands. Your schedule will include early morning starts from 04:30 to 12:30, standard day shifts from 07:00 to 17:00, midday to evening coverage from 12:00 to 20:00, and late-night operations from 17:00 through to 03:00.
