Stage Manager - Skegness Description A bout the Role This managerial role will include supervising and supporting the technical team, creating and providing detailed show reports, which will involve creating stage plans and schedules for technical support team, to ensure smooth running of day/evening entertainments.

As well as running technical and dress rehearsals alongside the director, which will liaise with all parties involved with the production and entertainment leadership team.

You also will act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.

Please be aware you will be lifting and carrying equipment and sets (including the unloading and loading of vehicles) and ensuring the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties.

Following and to implement health and safety procedures.

Ensuring all shows are consistently delivered to a high standard to the Butlins brand.

Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experience stage manager to deep dive into this roles, you will have proven experience within the entertainments industry, technical procedures and systems along with stage management and leadership experience, leading to excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Being creative and ability to work to deadlines, meaning being able to use your own initiative but also being a team player.

This role needs someone flexible, passionate and enthusiastic about all our entertainment.
