This isn't your average, stiff interview. We want you to feel the Butlin’s vibe! Come along, meet the team, and get a taste of what work-life is like at the UK’s favourite resort.
The Plan: Arrive at 5pm for a quick intro and interview.
The Test: If you're eyeing a Lifeguard role, we’ll do a quick swim test.
The Perk: Once the "work" bit is done, the pool is yours! Enjoy free use of the pool and slides for the rest of the evening, even some free PIZZA.
The Bonus: Everyone who attends gets a free Go-Kart token to use on resort!
Roles We’re Diving Into: We have Seasonal, Permanent, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions available for:
- Lifeguards: (We’ll train you! See below). £12.71 per hour
- Pool Attendants: The face of our Splash Waterworld and Keeping the energy high and the queues moving. £12.71 per hour
- Team Member Plus (18): A hybrid role! You’ll help with accommodation cleaning on Mondays and Fridays (the big changeover days), then spend 3 days a week in Sports or Lifeguarding. £13.71 per hour
