We truly believe that variety is the spice of life and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our Premium Dining venues. A Butlin's resort is the home of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food, which we offer to every guest, every time in our restaurant.

- You will need to hold your Level 3 Food Safety Qualification.
- Be confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Be hard working and determined, a reliable person who likes to get things done and who will look for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards.
- Be energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving, understanding your role and the value you can add to the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team.
- Responsible for managing margins and controlling costs and all things health, safety and hygiene related.
We think our chefs at Butlin's are something special and we know our guests love to keep returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience. The cherry on the top for the successful candidate is to be fun, keen to join in and work as part of a team, and interested in ensuring our guests have a great time, every time.
Typical working hours: Working five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week - Evenings and weekends expected along with public holidays (Christmas is a must). Part of the bonus scheme.
