Butlin’s is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to support guests across resort teams and ensure a fantastic stay. You will start with cleaning assignments on Monday and Friday, then work as a lifeguard for the remaining hours, joining Splash Waterworld’s pool and flumes with a strong emphasis on safety and exceptional service.
Training will be provided, including an NPLQ course if you don’t already hold one, and you will complete the swim test as part of the selection process.
