We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlins Team. Our teams create memorable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for team members to join us in our Buffets department as part of the kitchen porters team as a nights cleaner.
As part of your shift, you will work alongside other kitchen porters during the dinner shift, using our dishwashers, cleaning crockery and cutlery, ensuring the chefs have all cooking and buffet display dishes cleaned and available for service. Once dinner service has finished, you will then spend time in a small team cleaning all the kitchen equipment and dishwash area covering grills, ovens, fryers, high level cleaning, trolleys, walls, flooring whilst complying with all food safety and health & safety requirements at all times.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will provide training on all elements to gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
About You
Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment would be advantageous. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
This role is full time, based on a minimum of 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, working shifts between 4pm - 1am. Live in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area. You will need to be aged 18 or over for this role.
