InfoSec Analyst in Kings Langley

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Infra, service and operations, this pivotal role requires a self-driven individual capable of driving and managing information security initiatives. Your responsibility will extend to safeguarding the integrity and safety of our IT systems while aligning security standards against our Information Security Strategy. In this role, you will drive the hands‑on implementation of information security policies, ensuring Butlins remains safe and secure. By working closely with managed service providers, you will proactively conduct routine security assessments and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats. You’ll also respond swiftly to security incidents, leading investigations and implementing corrective actions across Data Centre, Cloud (Azure & Office) and SaaS technologies.

About You

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic InfoSec Analyst with a broad range of technical knowledge, along with a can‑do attitude to join our IT team. You should be comfortable navigating everything from on‑site data centres to cloud platforms, using a wide range of tools and protocols to keep the business secure. Expertise in information security management, particularly focusing on security best practice, ideally within the hospitality or the entertainment industry. You should also have experience in managing security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and managing outsource providers. It goes without saying that excellent communication skills are required with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. A strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
