Overview

Our trainee lifeguards ensure guests have a great time while remaining safe in the pool, rapids, and flumes at Splash Waterworld.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain guest safety in the water areas.
  • Promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.
  • Support the Bars department during big weekender breaks.

Qualifications

  • Age 18 or over.
  • Strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous lifeguard qualification is preferred, but NPLQ training is provided.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to engage guests.
  • Working Hours

Full‑time, 35 hours per week with a variety of shifts; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday availability is important.
