Description
Using our in-house systems you will support the wider resort teams with purchase ledger queries following Butlin\’s processes and procedures. RM6000 is a system utilised widely in this role to keep updated with accuracy and produce reports whilst supporting with month end and year end tasks.
You will work to closely with the Shops department for stocktakes result accounting and you will draw data from a variety of systems, analyse & present in a meaningful way and occasionally carry out ad hoc purchasing of goods.
Typical working hours for this full time role covers 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, based in our Finance office on the resort with occasional weekend working at times.
About You
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is advantageous and you should hold a strong attention to detail. Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively with a passion for data entry skills should be an attribute you have too.
