We’re looking for a passionate person to join our Little Learner's Nursery Team here at Butlin’s Bognor Regis. Our Little Learners is ALL about teamwork, we make sure that we look out for each other. We have high expectations with the upkeep of our environment, making it safe and secure for team and families. Painting, singing & dancing, messy play, mealtimes, toilet training, tantrums! We’ve got it all and we get stuck in to make sure that the children have the best experiences each day navigating their Early Years journey.

This role is designed for someone who has a keen interest in learning about the development of children in their early years and is willing to undertake an Early Years Level 3 apprenticeship, in our partnership with Chichester College. You will be supported, trained and coached to carry out the same post as Level 3 Nursery Practitioner and work as part of the team under the direction of the Nursery Manager together to provide safe, high-quality education and care for young children which meets the individual needs of children attending the setting.

You will be involved in developing and delivering a stimulating and creative atmosphere within the nursery providing a wide activity programme for nursery sessions and be able to understand and respect the need for consistency of care for each child. You will assist in providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment to ensure that all aspects of each individual child’s development are given full consideration and support with the delivery of an exciting and wide activity programme.

If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you. You should have a keen interest in learning about the development of children and be willing to sign up to a Level 3 NVQ in Early Years. GCSEs or Keyskills in Maths and English would be desirable.
