About You
Key responsibilities will include maintaining and following all Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times. You should be proactive in activity planning, conducting child observations, and updating development records on a regular basis. It is essential to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to children, their families, and the business. Additionally, you will support the day-to-day care and routines of the children.
Normal working hours are 8.15 AM to 5.45 PM.
This role is based on a five-day working pattern. Start and finish times may vary depending on shift patterns or operational needs.
Skills & Experience
– Holding a Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certificate is an advantage
– Hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate is an advantage
– Have good communication skills
– Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude
– Be confident in working independently when required, while also being a strong team player
– Have the ability to relate to a wide range of people
