We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the Butlin's Buffet Team based in Skegness. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop the skills of our team in one of our Premium Dining venues.
A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food. We offer this to every guest, every time in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience in a similar level role.
- Hold your Level 3 Food Safety Qualification.
- Confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Hard working and determined, a reliable person who looks for better ways for the team to consistently deliver our brand standards.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving.
- Understand the value they can add to the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team.
- Responsible for managing margins and controlling costs, along with health, safety and hygiene related tasks.
Typical working hours: Working five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week - Evenings and weekends expected along with public holidays (Christmas is a must).
