Butlin's is seeking a Junior Kitchen Manager for the Buffets Department in Skegness. You will support the kitchen operations by leading a large team of chefs and stepping up in the Kitchen Manager’s absence.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and experience managing high-volume kitchen operations. You will ensure training schedules are in place and uphold food hygiene standards.

This full-time role covers 40 hours per week without onsite accommodation.
