Description
To ensure the smooth running of bowling equipment and mechanisms ensuring proactive response to breakdown and repairs.
The Bowling Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of bowling equipment and facilities. The role involves diagnosing and repairing bowling systems, pinsetter mechanisms and other equipment to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and inspections on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball return systems and scoring systems.Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime. Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules. Assist with installation and set up of new bowling equipment as needed.Track maintenance records and inventory levels for parts and supplies.Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the bowling area. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Good knowledge and experience in maintenance of machinery & equipmentExperience and knowledge of electrical systemsPreviously worked in a customer facing environment Preferable – Proven experience in maintenance and repair of bowling equipment or similar machinery. Preferable – Experience in Brunswick GS Pinsetter systemWe appreciate a bowling mechanic role is quite specific so if you have the experience with maintenance the we can offer further and specific training.
