About the Role
Are you ready to embrace our core value of ‘Getting Stuck In’? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on engaging with guests and creating unforgettable experiences!
This dynamic role allows you to dive into both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest enjoys a fantastic stay at Butlin’s. You’ll kick things off by participating in our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.
As you grow in this role, you’ll have the chance to take part in larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes adventures. Additionally, you’ll lend a hand to our accommodation team, preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.
No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests. Please note that our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
