This dynamic role offers you the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage in core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery.
- Progress into larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions and high ropes.
- Support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays).
- Spend the rest of your week delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.
No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.
Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.
About You
- We’re seeking energetic, positive individuals who are ready to interact with guests and bring activities to life. If you enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences, we want to hear from you!
- A sports coaching background is beneficial but not essential.
- What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
