As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests!

Swim Test Requirement
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
